Check the wiring harness for any damages or loose connections.
Inspect and replace the sensor reference voltage E circuit if necessary.
Clean or replace the connector terminals for the sensor reference voltage E circuit.
Clear the error codes and monitor if the error code reoccurs.

Short or open circuit in the sensor reference voltage circuit
